Chc\u0119 zej\u015b\u0107 do 72-74kg.<br \/>\nPosiadam 178cm wzrostu i 89cm w obwodzie pasa.<br \/>\nCodziennie gram w koszyk\u00f3wk\u0119 i pi\u0142k\u0119 no\u017cn\u0105 2-3h, 3 razy w tygodniu chodz\u0119 na si\u0142ownie.<br \/>\nObecnie, przez tydzie\u0144 jestem na diecie IF, ale okna \u017cywieniowe mam roz\u0142o\u017cone na poranne od 6;30 do 8;30 i wieczorne 19;00-21;00.\u00a0<br \/>\nRano spo\u017cywam:<br \/>\nOko\u0142o 150-200g p\u0142atk\u00f3w owsianych<br \/>\noko\u0142o 400ml mleka 1,5%<br \/>\n2 suche bu\u0142ki zwyk\u0142e<br \/>\nWieczorem natomiast:<br \/>\n100g ry\u017cu br\u0105zowego<br \/>\n110g tu\u0144czyka w oleju<br \/>\n2 marchewki<br \/>\n2 skibki chleba zwyk\u0142ego z 3 jajami kurzymi.<br \/>\nMoje pytanie, czy ta dieta jest optymalna? Mo\u017cna jako\u015b ulepszy\u0107?
